CAN I SEND MY ITEMS AS A GIFT?
Yeppers! Let us know which items are gifts in the "notes" section of your order and we will include gift receipts for each item.
DO YOU OFFER ANY BULK DISCOUNTS?
Of course, we do. If there is a specific product you would like to order in bulk we would be happy to discount it. Please note that all bulk orders must total $250 or more to qualify for our bulk discount pricing. Current designs on our website are available for bulk discount purchases. Contact us for more information.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
From the time the order is placed allow 4-8 business days for standard shipping and 2-5 business days for priority shipping (business days are Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays)
If you are ordering from Canada please allow 15-20 business days to receive your order.
Custom orders please allow 7-10 business days to fulfill once the order is placed plus shipping time. (all custom fees and duties are the customers responsibilities, not Hygiene Gangsters)
WHAT IF MY ITEMS ARE LOST OR DELAYED DURING SHIPPING?
We are not responsible for USPS delivery delays or shipments
WHAT HAPPENS IF I PLACED MY ORDER ON A FRIDAY?
If you placed your item after 8 pm (MST) will be placed the following Monday
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
We are happy to exchange unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise for a return/exchange. All items are inspected prior to packaging to keep our product quality at the highest rate; therefore, damaged items will not be accepted as returns unless otherwise noted by USPS as damaged in handling. If you need to exchange an item for a different color/size please be sure to attach the invoice along with the item. Items can be sent back to the address below using any shipping method.
